To receive your order before Christmas, please note the following guidelines.

USPS Priority Mail: December 14th, before 6:00 pm HST

FedEx Ground to East Coast: December 8th, before 6:00 pm HST

FedEx Ground to West Coast: December 14th, before 6:00 pm HST

FedEx 2Day Air:     December 18th, before 6:00 pm HST

The only shipping option that is guaranteed (or your shipping cost is free) is FedEx 2 Day Air. Guarantee is voided if delay is a result of weather, address corrections, product unavailability, or if we are unable to contact purchaser due to questions related to order. Other shipping dates are not guaranteed.

Orders received by 8:00 am Hawaii Standard Time are typically mailed out the same day, unless we do not have it stocked in our shipping department. If products are at our warehouse, we will ship your order out ASAP. During December, orders may take longer.

For Standard Shipping we use United States Postal Service (1 pound or less and/or if address is a P.O. Box) and we ship FedEx (greater than 1 pound and if the address is not a P.O. Box.). * Please note on shipment over 20 pounds it is CHEAPER to mail items using 2nd Day Air.

Cookies are mailed out at the purchaser’s own risk. We try to pack the cookies as best we can, but there are times the cookies might be damaged by postal service handling.

If we ship out the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item at our own expense. We may ask the purchaser to send back the incorrect item at our expense.

If the customer orders the wrong item, we will exchange the product but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will either replace the item or give them a credit on their next shipment.
